It's a virus go to control panel and delete it. If it doesn't search for it in your computer and remove it... If that doesn't work either then download avast anti virus and remove it. Run run run!

a while ago , that process appeared in the processes when i opened the task bar .

i think that , it will make my pc slow if it appears in the process of the task bar , and it shouldn't appear in there , otherwise it says is a problem.

well its required some times to run special application or software ...... so you need to ask the developer of that software ...... and these dll mostly available for every platform so just google it ....

and yeah just paste that dll to the folder of that software

It's usually a system file but many times viruses are hidden as it, so just download malwarebytes scan with it and then you are good to go.
