BASIC RULES
~By default, the basic universal battle rules will be applied.

~My sponsor wishes for a serious battle so go all out.

FIELD OF BATTLE
The battlefield is a vast, open expanse of rolling plains, stretching to the horizon. The grass, a dry, golden-brown, stands waist-high in most places, offering natural cover and a rustling sound that can mask movement. Scattered boulders of varying sizes break the monotony, their mossy surfaces and deep fissures providing excellent vantage points or temporary shields.

A single, crooked river cuts through the center of the plains. Its slow, murky waters can be a hindrance or a strategic asset, depending on the shinobi's abilities. The banks are muddy and slick, and the water itself can be a valuable resource for Water Style users.

Killua stepped up to face his opponent 10 meters away. He moved his head from left to right, subsequently cracking his neck.

"You ready for this?" He said as he powered up, not wanting to waste an ounce of time. Lightning radiated from his entire body as his hair flowed elegantly in comparison to the skyline. The already dry and withered grass around him snap, crackled and popped. Burning up quickly as the lightning from Killua burnt it up.

( Raiton Chakura Mōdo ) - Lightning Chakra Armor
Type: Mode

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.

Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.

Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.


Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

Description: After covering themselves with the lightning amour, the user grabs his opponent and lifts them high into the air. Then, using his extreme strength, he smashes them head first onto the ground in what resembles a power bomb manoeuvre. This is devastating enough to shatter a large area of the ground itself on impact.


Note: Only useable by Fourth Raikage bios with Lightning Chakra Armor active.

Lio stands casually while the younger boy walked closer, cracking his neck. Passively activating his Byakugan as he was asked if he was ready. Was he? Not really. The sponsor was pretty clear that he had to fight, so whether he was ready or not was not really a factor for him to consider.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Watching the build up of electrifying chakra emanating from this young child, Lio would gather his own. As the lightning formed a crackling armor around his foe, as soon as he saw this, Lio releases his own chakra into a cascading wave of greenish fire. The wave would be released with enough force to push Lio into mid range in the air while it crashes forward. Whilst suspended in the air, he would exert little effort to use the technique that allowed him to fly, almost as if it was an innate part of him, hovering long range from his foe, watching his liquid fire spread below.

OOC: I think I am faster than that liquid fire tech but it doesn't matter. This fight has to be 5 turns at least to make it official and I want you to get that bread so I'll continue regardless.

As Killua jetted forward his opponent spewed a curious and beautiful green fire. The second it released and he witnessed his opponent going up Killua would jump diagonally into the air to his precise location right in front of him. "Absolutely not." Killua said. As he did this, he twist-flipped forward, stopping as he was upside down and gripped both the opponent's ankles with his hands and used the forward momentum to shift their weight that way Killua was facing upward and the opponent now facing downward. He then took his legs, digging them into the opponent's ribs and pile drived the opponent into the ground head-first.

( Chiratsuki Kaihi/Undō ) Flicker Evasion/Movement

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users, Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react ( that depends on his speed, mastery of Taijutsu and techniques used ) but rather that he can perceive the attack.


Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

As Lio propelled upwards, his Byakugan would transform into it's elevated state. Increasing his ability to track even further, easily seeing the young boy race forward, leap, avoiding his fire before twisting upside down midair. His plan wouldnt change much from before and would continue to use his flight technique as intended.

The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation, becoming his default eye state.
Note: When active, the user loses all access to Byakugan related abilities and instead gains Tenseigan effects.

As the opponent collided with him, using the momentum to flip him upside down, he knew what technique was meant to be used, however since he was actually flying, using the force of gravity to drop him on his head was useless now. With his opponent now basically attached to him, he would release a devastating omni directional force forcing the young boy off of him and sent flying mid range away from Lio.

Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if they logically counter.
Note: Can only be used by Tenseigan Bios.

As Killua got back on his knees, tattered clothing... He wiped the blood off his lip with his sleeve... "You aren't even normal... Are you even a ninja?.."

Killua started to question the kind of mission he was sent on... It wasn't stated how high level his target would be, only that he would be dangerous but this?.. This is a suicide mission. It was something Killua had never even seen... With no time needed to be wasted, Killua upped the ante and went straight to his strongest level of armor. Either he's going to die here or make it out alive but killing his target may not be optional here...

( Raiton Chakura Mōdo ) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.


Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.


Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.


Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.


Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

With his lightning armor violently cracking around him, uprooting the very terrain underneath him, Killua dashed towards the opponent again, seemingly vanishing. As he did this, he focused lightning chakra in his hand. He appeared short range yet again as the opponent was flying and aimed his hand upward and extended the lightning, aiming to pierce the opponent's heart. If successful he would then explode this lightning chakra and send his opponent back to the ground where he belongs.

( Raiton: Chidori Shinsō ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

Ive done some calculating for your speed and your tracking as stated within your bio.

SPEED 12 x 6 = 72
TRACKING 16 x 2.5 = 40

There is also the HP drawback that would occur due to taking the 80 damage
HP Drawbacks in Damage Thread

So with your HP being 200 on your bio, taking 80 puts you down to 120 which is 60% of your total HP, therefore you will get these drawbacks though the actual 60% drawback doesn't effect you at this time. As you have accrued more the 70% of damage the following drawback effect will apply to you.

70% Health remaining - Should an attack reduce the user’s health this low, it will cause one to lose 5 tracking every 2 turns.

So with this in mind, your new Tracking at the end of your turn would be 35.


Lio could just barely track his opponent, the intensity of the Lightning Armor he had cloaked himself in was phenomenal, and while he knew where his opponent was, he could help but be impressed by the sheer speed of his opponent. However, the speed of his jutsu was another thing. It almost looked painfully slow in comparison to it's user. The spear of lightning forming in slow motion as Lio would enter into his clan's prestigious chakra mode. Benefitting him with great power and speed, enough to easily fly out the path of lightning that shot slowly at him.

Description: Tenseigan Chakra Mode is a heightened transformation unique to those who possess the Tenseigan. Upon activating this form the user gains a cyan-colored chakra shroud with six magatama markings on their collar, dark markings over their eyebrows and lower eyelids, and a single horn shaped like Kaguya's, extending from their forehead. The shroud constantly radiates flickering flames of chakra, and the user's clothing and hair continuously billow upwards. The user's strength is significantly increased, adding +40 damage to their Ninjutsu and Taijutsu techniques. Their speed is also enhanced, increasing it by four times their base.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle, each use lasting 6 turns. After using, the user must wait at least 4 additional turns before using again.
Note: Can only be used by Otsutsuki Tenseigan wielders while the Tenseigan is active.

With him easily dodging and reappearing mid range behind his foe, he would gather his chakra into his hands, coating them in protective chakra as he began to spin in the air, arms outstretched and releasing per hand, 5 tendrils (1 tendril per finger). These would reach out to long range as he spun faster, like a spinning top of destructive fire. These tendrils would strike into the back of his opponent, lashing him with searing flames.

Killua was hurting and out of breath... Having used one of his strongest attacks and it failing... This opponent was completely out of his league......

But Killua was the absolute embodiment of the human spirit and will. It seemed as if he just wouldn't die!

Once again, Killua flickered out of eyesight, appearing right underneath the opponent and avoiding the flurry of attacks.

Description: Using the amazing abilities of the Lightning Armor technique, both the 3rd and 4th Raikages are able to move at insanely high speeds to dodge or evade incoming attacks, even those that would normally be unavoidable such as Amaterasu. This fast movement can also be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu move, including their own signature Lightning based Nintaijutsu moves, to use the momentum one can gather and add even more damage if the move allows it. The technique also alows the user to move in more elaborate patterns that one would think, although following a more or less linear path. The only weakness of this technique is that, since its purely fast and enhanced movement, you cannot use it in all battle grounds but only those that would otherwise enable its use. Not only that but although the user moves fast, he is still trackable by high Doujutsu users, Sensors and EIG Masters. This doesn't mean the opponent can react ( that depends on his speed, mastery of Taijutsu and techniques used ) but rather that he can perceive the attack.


Note: Only useable once per turn by Third and Fourth Raikage bios with their Lightning Chakra Armor active.

Lio, through his Tenseigan, was able to see the flickering chakra around his foe, whatever this form he had taken was sure to end soon. He saw his opponents body shift, like before he was about to dodge his oncoming blow. The most logical course of action was he was going to get close and strike him hard, and the best spot, would be below. Gathering his chakra again he angled his body and halted his spin as the young opponent appeared below him, as expected.

Releasing the chakra he had built up, he would shape it into an intricately designed netting that would spray outward to mid range (10 meters) and cut off escape routes while also inflicting decent damage to his oppoent, all the while he flew higher into the air. (15 meters high)
