(Rumor) Various hidden characters in storm 3

I was checking cheatcc(cheat code central) about three hours ago and there was a section telling about some unconfirmed characters that could be unlocked(rikudo sennin too) by completing some missions(tasks)
The objectives seem legit but with all the news, I doubt they're playable
Someone please check the site and tell me if it's true

I think I've seen the pic you speak of, and I believe it is false...I've completed 95% of the side tasks, and I haven't unlocked a single character ...

It's not true. PositiveEmotions posted a pic of it and I'm pretty sure it's been proven false.
