I never read the rules too, in fact i think atleast 70% of the people here didn't read the rules.

If you want to know what's allowed and what not, then it's smarter to read the rules in order to avoid getting warned/infracted/banned.

It doesn't matter if you actually read the rules or not. When you registered you said you understood all the term and conditions and promised to follow them and you are bound by the forum rules. It is taken by granted that you know the rules and not knowing them is not an acceptable excuse. So it's your problem not ours.
