If I had to Pick between the Two characters I would Go with Rukia because she would make a perfect girlfriend for Ichigo and besides he likes her a lot and i think they should be together in my opinion

Rukia, Orihime's japanese voice actor is one the reasons why i watch the dubbed versions. so far all i see orihime do is whine on how shes not strong enough to protect her friends...."kurosaki kuuuuuun" the most annoying thing in the show
