We already know that Orihime loves Ichigo it very obvious and clearly seen in the manga


Maybe Rukia is starting to love him because he looks like kaien shiba I think it's been state she loved him.



Or do you think some random ass hot female character like Rangiku, or Bambietta.

1.Rukiya is a soul and she can't mary Ichigo
2.She loved Kaien
3.There is no hint to say that rukiya loved Ichigo
4.Ichigo cares alot about Orihime
5.Rukiya is about 100years older than Ichigo
6.Orihime loves Ichigo
7.Ichigo's risk to save Orihime > Ichigo's risk for Rukiya
8.Orihime is hot compared to Rukiya
9.I think Renji loves Rukiya and there is no hint to say Ichigo loves Rukiya (But he respects her alot bcoz of his Mom incident)
