[Theory] Rukia clearly stronger than Toushiro now.

This is a touchy issue of sorts. Toshiro has the strongest ice zanpakuto regardless of what anyone else can do with theirs, that's just a simple irrefutable manga fact. Rukia however has trained herself and her zanpakuto to be ahead of where Toshiro is again simple manga fact. However once Toshiro reaches the same level of training as Rukia has his zanpakuto will be stronger again.

I'd say Rukia's more powerful but she's just learning all her swords real power. Her powers are still dangerous. If she freezes at a certain point she can't move and if she thaws out to fast her body can she can kill herself but her speed and ability passes Toushiro now. Where he needs to build up ice she already uses ice and I'm sure the level of ice she can freeze in Bankai is more than Toushiro can can throw out or at least around the same level. Her cuts can freeze a person from the inside something Toushiro has never demonstrated. One clean cut from Rukia is instant death.

as stated by toshiro himself and others his bankai is still growing as is the user it's still under developed and so if we put both rukia and toshiro at the same leveo of training by the royal guard who do you really think is gonna be more powerful imo toshiro.

as of right now rukia stands stronger but toshiro has not mastered his bankai completley and we can only assume rukia has mastered hers but i doubt it so the ranking has rukia at a slight leader in power standing. its also a double edged sword as byakuya himself said.

Toshiro's has more utility and is more versatile from what we've seen so far.

From what I garnered, it looks like Rukia's bankai freezes whatever is under that canopy, including herself. She looked immobile before thawing out.

Ok. Rukia bankai have a lot stronger freezing power than Toushiro where she not only freeze the sorrounding but also turning them to snow dust. Not anything left. The only problem rukia face is her body can't keep up with the bankai she have.
I believe she still have chance to develope a stronger body withstanding her bankai.

I really really first time ever heard byakuya said he was impressed with someone bankai.
Do you guy felt that byakuya become more caring to rukia after he survived from death?

Toushiro have really outdated now, but I believe he will catch up with rukia soon. He is a genius and have cool ice base power.

What's this BS I'm seeing, though Histugya has experience over Rukia she outclasses him every where else also Rukia's has a temperature type zan Hitsugya ice isn't even going to effect her. Histugya gets one shotted by her shikai.​

Well, that only possible if anyone who can withstand rukia bankai first attack. If they still alive after getting hit by -1000 degree Aoe bankai attack from rukia.

Toshiro's bankai covers him in ice. He's consantly dealing with being frozen as he's in his bankai I'm sure he will get off alot better than As Nodt.

Her Shikai also needs a cool down time to restore her body back to it's natural temperature.
Toshiro's shikai is more than enough to compete actually.

Hyourinmaru is the only known Zanpakutou able to control the weather. not to mention how hard it is to avoid it.

That isn't true. Ichibei said that if(i.e sometimes) a Zanpakuto doesn't truly acknowledge its wielder as a warrior, then it won't tell them its true name, meaning that this wouldn't apply to every shinigami. So far, this has only actually applied to Renji. Byakuya still called his bankai Senbonzakura Kageyoshi, so that means that that is its true name. If his shikai is as strong as his bankai, that is because of the training, not because of learning its true name. Remember that he said he would train until he was strong enough to hold the same pride he did before he lost to As Nodt. Until it is stated in the manga, all of the captains know their Bankai's true name.
