The players in the NFL are more athletic and hit harder, whereas most Rugby players gang tackle and don't go head to head as often.

Football is way better than Rugby. Rugby is just really lame I mean seriously we knew how stupid it was so we took the parts we liked and made it better and made football and the NFL. I mean seriously I just can't take it seriously do they even have a professional league? Well it doesn't matter even if they did it would pale in comparison to the NFL...

Rugby is far too one dimensional for my liking, as much as they're compared, they're completely different sports really xD personally though, I've never got along wiTh rugby, so American Football takes it
