S2: Could go either way dependent on a couple things. Although I'll probably give this to Madara given the buff his Susano'O gets in this form. Though you gave him EMS instead of Rinnegan and he doesn't have SM, so its possible Gai could bust through as well.​

madara still has immense physical strength, impressive speed and perfect senses, in addition to his boss size katon and kage bunshin. These would certainly give gai some trouble

Madara can outright tank Hirudora, given that he was taking Bijuu's constant attacks and healing from it, using Hashirama's Senjutsu. Not to mention the op didn't restrict SM, thus Madara senses and reacts to Gai, and basically Shunshins away from his attempts. Firstly, his Limbo Hengoku crossed 100 meter distance and punched 9 Bijuu simultaneously, which is easily a feat allowing him to physically keep up with 7th Gate Gai's speed. And not to mention the durability feat that outclasses Kisame's, who took direct Hirduora underwater (which contains more pressure than the air, making Hirduora denser) and lived. Let's not also forget Gai can't keep 7th Gate for long.
