People have a misconception about Rsm. Rsm is the sage mode naruto got from hagoromo hence why it's called rikudou sage mode lol. Naruto already had the chakra of the beast so he obviously didn't get that from the sage of six paths. Before the final fight hagoromo said that the bijuu had synchronized with naruto and that he would be the place where they could reunite. This means naruto never lost the bijuus and he can still use their chakra if he needs to. So there is a difference between narutos bijuu modes and his senjustu of the six paths. Yeah Naruto didn't lose his bijuu chakra, well at least not shown. RSM is also not tied to a cloak as some seem to think TSBs, patterns on cloak, etc. are the sign of RSM.

TSB stands for truth seeking balls. These automatically manifest when in RSM. Just like it did with obito, naruto, madara, and hagoromo. Without TSB and nine tomoe on the back of jacket, he isnt in RSM.

Naruto only has two sage modes, pick one. TSM isn't shown since their is no eye pigmentation so that leaves the other-RSM.

And you do know that combining BM and SM can give you the same results, just less op powers.

Hagoromo senjutsu chakra has always been shown with the rinnegan design above 9 magatama on the users back. From hago, obito, naruto, and madara, it has always been that way.

Now, whether naruto can combine sage mode with other variants of bijuu mode and not have the usual pigmentation shading around the eyes is another question. But he isn't fully in Rikudou sage mode until he has the aforementioned design on his back because that's the marking of the rikudou sennin himself.
