Are you talking about JJ Madara or if Hashirama had RSM.

Anyways, SS is already stronger than the Kyuubi Susano'o Fusion which is leagues stronger than Kurama and Perfect Susano'o separately.

Shinsusenju>Perfect Susano'o Kurama Fusion>>>>>50% Kurama>Perfect Susano'o.

If your talking about Madara if he had Perfect Susano'o his Perfect Susano'o in his Juubi Jin Form would be a great deal stronger than Sasuke's ordinary Perfect Susano'o but much weaker than the Bijuu PS.

Considering Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o was equally matching Kurama that puts JJ Madara's Perfect Susano'o also stronger than RSM Kurama and Rinnegan Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o.

Apply the same boost to ShinsuSenju that puts it leagues stronger than JJ Madara's Perfect Susano'o however if it's stronger than Ashura Avatar that's hard to gauge.
