During the battle with Kaguya Naruto was a little faster than Sasuke but in the boruto movie it shows

Sasuke being a little bit faster than Naruto.

This doesn't prove that Sasuke is faster, it just prove he was moving faster at that time. There is no evidence to support Naruto was moving at his top speed. But there is evidence to support Naruto was holding back. He never used frog fu even though frog fu would have been very useful in that situation.

That was a coordinated attack and timing is the most important part of a coordinated attack not speed. Yamato talked about it when they first face Obito -

An attack like that has nothing to do with speed. They planned a co-ordinated attack? All right, what does it have to do with Naruto slowing down? Absolutely nothing. It is just a huge assumption and a wrong one a that.

Not really. It really doesn't. I can post the meaning here, but it would be silly as coordination having anything to do with speed is preposterous.
