Might have given someone like BM Naruto trouble, but given the ridiculous gap in speed, reflexes and reaction speed between the two, and the fact that Naruto has clones, you can forget about intangibility being any kind of issue here. Rikudo no Jutsu? With one eye? At Black Zetsu's level the scale of those jutsu would be pathetic in comparison to what Naruto has already dealt with.
