Wow bruh, your going waaay to far with this, you said Naruto should be Naruto w/ 9 bijuu's, when that is infact exactly what RSM Naruto is. NE isn't exactly a power-up though, Naruto had and could use NE back when he learned how to use SM, so its not exactly a new technique he learned or which someone gave to him. Perfect Susano'o could not handle Kaguya's chakra arms at all. Mind you, this is one of strongest if not his strongest defensive technique.

Not to mention the fact that Sasuke only landed a hit with his Perfect Susano'o when Naruto canonically blitzed her arm off. So she dealt with a PS with only a left arm, which is pretty hilarious considering the fact that base RSM could handle her power far longer than Sasuke in one of his strongest, if not his strongest defensive technique.

You're basing your belief on the misconception that this jutsu costs 100% of Naruto's and the Bijuu's chakra, which is also absurd. Jutsus do not work as percentages, but as whole numbers.

If Naruto's Rasenshuriken costs 5 Chakra, it doesn't matter if he has 100 chakra, or 10 chakra or even 10,000 chakra. It's still as strong either way.

And that was my statement. It's much easier to make up the Yin half by simply being stronger than it is to make up what the Yang Half of Hagoromo gives. Naruto's Yang is greater than Hagoromo's while his Yin pales in comparison, but he can make up for that by gaining Full Kurama and mastering the Bijuu chakra, even though he'll still be slightly weaker than Hagoromo.
