Thing about Naruto is he alone doesnt have monstrous strong chakra as he is not of direct lineage of Ashura. Rather a branch lineage.
Give Hashirama or Tobirama RSM and look at how they easily match Rinnegan. Naruto needs Bijuu chakra to be on par with a full fledged body descendant of Ashura.
Maybe when Naruto is older his chakra will grow more powerful with help from kyuubi link.

1 - Universal Comprehension of Chakra(supposedly lol)
2 - Rikudou Senjutsu and so Goudama and flight
3 - Sensing
4 - databook says reaction speed are on par with JJ madara.
5 - Jesus healing powers(possibly a derivation of the first ability)
RSM doesn't even give you a chakra cloak. That happens when combined rikudou senjutsu with kurama cloak. Hagoromo did not have a chakra cloak. Even ashura doesn't seem to have a chakra cloak when in his avatar.

I'll list all seven path abilities as one but we all know what they are.
1 - 6 path abilities(preta, animal, Jesus resurrecting powers)
2 - special ability(ameno, limbo) blah blah
3 - possible dimension portal making
4 - Sensing abilities(debatable)
5 - Not sure whether to list rikudou chakra.
So how is it RSM = Rinnegan.

Compared to previous Ashura Transmigrants and Senju, you're correct, his Chakra Quality and Quantity wouldn't compare. That's probably because he's 50% Uzumaki I'd imagine.
