The understanding of all things does not mean you know how to preform the jutsu or give you a KKG for it.
The KKG it gives you are the truth seeking balls, flying and all basic elements.

He had the Holy Tree, the original chakra source, so he was probably able to use any non-body bloodline limit (like how the Tailed Beasts' chakra allow their bloodline limit). It's neither the Rinnegan nor Six Paths Sage Mode.

Well, Kaguya's KKG is the only thing implied in the DB to be associated with Kekkai Moras.

No such thing is stated with RSM and Rinnegan and RSM Naruto was only able to use KKG through the Bijuus, so what he is saying could be correct.

fanfic. RSM grants all KKG's. The TSO's is made of all elements plus yin yang release. The user can mix elements at will if they want to. Clearly when Madara used storm release even though he's strictly a Katon user.
