It's a pretty big element to the site, so I'll try to shorten it for you.

RP, also known as Roleplay is a big thing on the site where you make your own ninja, custom or not and go around being a ninja. You can fight, train, or just mess about in Konoha. For training and fighting though you'll need a bio, which you can make one once you get 50 posts, which you get the rank of Genin. From there on you'll need different amount of posts for different ranks like 200 for Chuunin, 550 for S-Jounin and so on. A full list can be found
