lets say in a fight, an A-rank Water goes up against a B-Rank Fire. will the water go on weaker?

P.S: i the appropriate section already, but it only gave me info for if they would be the same rank, or if the situation was reversed(B-rank Water, A-rank Fire, not the situation above)

What do you think? Of course water wins. B-rank is lower than A-rank and watar is stronger than fire. and weakened.

The water will continue towards your opponent but at a weakened state I believe, so Yes.
