When making a custom, do the jutsus that are associated with a clan need to be learned or are they already known? Let's say I make a Aburame Clan character, and he's not an existing Naruto character do I have to learn the bug jutsus from a Sensai/Senpai?

When making an Aburame clan character even if he is cannon you need to be trained by a sensei or sempai that is associated with that clan
Unless you speak to an RP mod who gives it to you auto

The actual rules are, if their is not one to teach you the clan's abilities like Aburame or Yamanaka, you get it auto.

So if a sensei/sempai doesn't have Aburame bio, you get it auto.

You also get it auto if no one teaches those techs. I think you should be good with Aburame, but you may want to ask if anyone knows an Aburame senpai/sensei first.
