RPG Bio question

Ok I really want to get into the RPG system It seems really fun but i have a few questions: (and yes i have read the rules and how to make a template and all that other stuff but im stilff confused)

1.How do i join a village (like the little village symbol above the avatars)

2.If it is a character is not from naruto then what village of birth do i put (do i have to put the villae i want to join as the birthplace)

3. Where do i put the bio thread ( approve or Declined)

4. if my bio gets declined can i re do it so i can get approved

5. how do i know if my bio got declined or approved

6. What ninja rank do i put (do i use my ninja rank)

7.What if my character is a master in fire techs and Kenjutsu

8. for the background history do i just make it up or use the real history from the anime show's wiki (im using a character from another anime)

9.What elements do i put as mastered

10. what clan do i put

11.what if i want my character to have scorch release

12.for the jutsu do i use the characters original attacks (for example goku can use spirit bomb)

13. what if my character has a weapon

1. you find that in the user cp in group memberships(have to be accepted by kage of the one you picked)
3.you dont put it in any of those
5. they'll move it either to decline or approve

the rest you should find out on your own and the jutsu ones it depends...

I can tell how to join a village go to User Cp and go to Group and that tell them why you wanna join village all other thing Rp and bio you would have to go to Konaha Town to put bio and will have template other thing but you should go look at rules tell you all the things there..

1.You have to send a request..got to user cp..and then then click on groups memberships and then you can select one of the villages..some of them have rules like myo akatsuki and swordsmen.
2.you can put any of them.but if you want some clan like uchiha or senju then village of birth should be konoha.
3.most of them like me put the link in the sig so that it can be easily viewed.
4.yup u can.
5.subscribe to it and yu will get to see the that it has been written as approved in the title of the thread.
6.yes u use your ninja rank which is chuunin.
7.if it is not a cannon bio then you have to learn the techs then only you can put them as specialties..if ist cannon like sasuke then you ca put the fire as speciality though you need training in it.
8.you have to make it as such it fits in the naruto world.
9.nothing..you put one element as basic and write that you need training.check my bio..you will get help.
10.depends on you though hyuuga or uchiha needs 15500 posts min..check the rules..

12.nope only naruto attacks..and since you are starting only use the basic e rank ninjutsus...
13.you can put it in the bio but if you want it to have some special abilities you hve to submit it in the CJ thread so that it can be approved by mods...

5. how do i know if my bio got declined or approved: Because it will say it's declined on the thread where you made it

6. What ninja rank do i put (do i use my ninja rank): The ninja rank is the rank of your post so if you have 50 it's genin which it takes 50 post to make a bio

7.What if my character is a master in fire techs and Kenjutsu: If you've been trained in those elements you can put them as mastered

8. for the background history do i just make it up or use the real history from the anime show's wiki (im using a character from another anime): YOu can make up your histroy but it has to be according to the naruto universy. But you can put anything just have it mack sense to naruto universy

: Cutie pie was born in Kohona to the family of Uchiha where she was tried to become the best. Until everyone was killed in the uchiha, living her the last one besides her brother Sasuke who went to avenge the clan.

9.What elements do i put as mastered: only elements you've been trained in

10. what clan do i put: as your only genin none

11.what if i want my character to have scorch release: you're gonna need to get your post up first

12.for the jutsu do i use the characters original attacks (for example goku can use spirit bomb): umm i'd say you need to make that a custom justu which you need to make and have approved and since i think someone already made it you'd need to ask them for premissiont o make it

13. what if my character has a weapon: that called a custom wepon and you need to make it

1. Go to User CP and look under Networking and find Group Memberships. Click that and it will take you to all the Villages that you can join. Just click on Join group and it will asked you to enter some sentence on why you want to join, after yoy do that just click submit and wait.

2. You can put any village that you want as your birth place as long as that character is not from Naruto. If your character is from Naruto then you need to use his/hers original birth place

4. It depends on what it gets declined for

5. It will have a green check mark next to the title if it has been approved and it will have declined if it has been declined.

6. You put your ninja rank you have below your Kumi

7. You can't have anything mastered unless you have trained in it with a Sensei or Senpai

8. If it's a custom character then you can make up the history, but if it is someone shown in Naruto then you have to use the history from Wiki

9. As I said before you can put any elements as mastered unless you have completed training in it with a Sensei or Senpai

10. The clan depends what character you want to make and if you meet the requirements

11. You need to see if you meet the requirements for Scorch Release

12. You can only use the jutsus NB has under the jutsu section once you have learned them, and any Custom Jutsus you have made that have been approved or taught to you by someone else.

13. You character can have any regular weapon that you want, but if you want it to have an ability you have to submit it into the Custom Jutsu submissions thread and get it approved first.

U request to join a village. Go to ur User CP and go to memberships. Apply for the village u want to join. (Although, I got to say the village system isn't all that active)

Which ever village u want to join in the future. For me it was Kirigakure

then place that as ur specialty. but u wouldn't be able to do that until u actually trained in those two things.

Yeah, u pretty much make it up but it has to be within Naruto context (It has to coincide with the Naruto universe).

U have to train. For u, there wont be no mastered elements for awhile. When u actually start training, u would put whatever u learned up to a certain rank in ur bio.

Clans do not matter unless u are going for a KG. Just put N/A until u want to join a cannon one like Uzumaki or Uchiha

When u find a sensei (guys with orange names) to teach u, u will learn the RP's jutsu. Once u've actually started training, u can create custom jutsus.

U can have as many weapons as u want. Weapons with abilities will have to be submited as customs though. U should learn that later on.
