So, I know that for RP you need patience, but to get MS is so hard, you have to be a SENSEI, then make a hard test and IT'S NOT GUARANTEED, for other bios that should be stronger in the Naruto World, like Minato and Sennin Mode, it has less restrictions to it, don't you mods think it's overrating MS too much to give that restrictions?

Because not everyone has the capacity to teach. Keep in mind that the roleplay community here is very small so unlike real life where you have an influx of teachers, here you are lucky to come across willing participants who meet the criteria. Those who probably do meet the requirements, are reluctant due to treatment from members and/or the responsibilities. It's not for everyone.

Also the MS are restricted the way they are for a reason. Members on here would abuse it if it was given so freely as you are suggesting. From my POV, MS is a rare ability among the Uchiha as explained in the manga. It is bad enough with the influx of sharingan's both on the base and the manga. Last thing we need is for it to be more restricted due to abuse.

It will continue to be an ability restricted to Senseis or given as special prizes in very special and unique situations.
