I was wandering if someone masters an element or kg or any other jutsu they should be able to teach it much like they would a cj. This would make it where less senseis are needed and where you could find training easier. But of course if we have to we could get a mod to approve of the training if needed

Well, mastering the jutsus and learning all the canons ones are two different things. You can go through the training and learn the jutsus and how to use them, but not everyone is fit for teaching. Some people have horrible training methods, some people can't describe jutsus properly and more tings.

True I just wish there was away to get training easier

Senseis have to pass hard written and battle tests to ensure that they actually are able to teach. Sempais are already a big commitment towards allowing someone to teach without being a sensei, and is already hard enough to closely monitor as it is. Mastering (or completing rather) an element does in no way suffice or make you eligible to be teaching others. There's already been a lot of cases in which that has been clear with sempais (and dealt with). I'm not an rp mod, but I can say from the ground of my heart, and theirs (I bet my life on this) that it will never be allowed.

We already have Shishou's as well for specialized things like Gentle Fist, Dark Release and what not.

Like Wesobi said, sorry this is just not going to happen. We have the sensei tests in place for a reason, and that is to ensure that the people teaching the new rpers are actually capable of doing so.
