Sorry for the noob question. How does one go about finding a Sensei and beginning their training?
Is there a Ninja Academy in our RP?

Nope, you first must get a bio. Then you must find a sensei to teach you an element. At your current post rank you can only learn up to D rank justu I believe. So I personally recommend you gaining a higher post count first before you jump into RP.

I already have 2 bios. I want to RP my characters from a low rank so its all good :3

Another question: Do you need a sensei for custom techniques and fighting styles? I'm working on submissions for both atm

You must first have training in whatever field you wish to create a custom jutsu and up to whatever rank as well. As for a custom fighting style, you need to be of S-class ninja rank to submit one I believe.
