[Suggestion] Rp related

I suggest we make new userbars, specifically for the Kages of the various villages namely,

Kazekage
Hokage
Mizukage
Raikage

These userbars would be unique and would kinda help distinguish the Kages from other ordinary members of the village.
Just a small suggestion.
