So I was reading up on creating my first bio and a few things i wanna ask you guys.
First I have seen people say you need 1500 posts for Itachi for example,so where can I see the post requirements for certem characters
Also it said about needing permission to create certain characters so lets say I wanted to create Gaara could I do it on my own will or do I need to ask permission for a Kage?

Also as I have never had any training this would be my starting out jutsu I put under ninjutsu skills?

The village of alliance should be empty if I am not a part of a village yet right?
Elements are from my character or my training
For example if I choose Naruto would I put : wind element (it being his manga element) or just empty since I trained in no elements yet

Its a quick access for every clan, bio and ability.

Your elements will come from training, currently you have none but you're allowed to learn almost all the jutsu of the basic five. Only certain bios require permission and some even a battle test. Gaara to my knowledge isn't one of the bios, but he may require a certain amount of posts.

Your village of alliance will be empty but you can put a village if they confirmed they'll accept you. Imo you should join Suna since we're the most accepting of new RPers and almost never turn anyone down.

No, even if you have a canon character you're not only restricted to one element. Once you master elements, you can claim them to be specialties/affinities. As it stands, you won't have any. Few exceptions exist e.g. Uchihas always have a specialty for Fire.

No the Village of Alliance doesn't have to be empty if you are not part of the village as it's just cosmetic purposes. Canon characters gain the elements through the training just like custom characters as those are your perks not the character itself. I hope I helped.​

Section. You should notice, the characters aren't just listed and they tell what is required. It's grouped by Ability. Itachi's ability would be the Sharingan, with that clear, you check the

link. Once the thread opens, you can clearly see the restrictions to obtain a sharingan biography, which are: 1,500 posts, Fire Release listed as a specialty and the Village of Birth as Konoha. Follow those steps for other character abilities to see if there are restrictions or not, any character that has no restrictions can be created with 50 posts. ANother example would be the character Naruto, Naruto has many abilities, but his main ones would be his Bijuu and Sage Mode, by clicking the link for the "9 Jinchuuriki", you can see the restrictions for a Naruto biography. In short, search for the character's abilities to know the restrictions, some characters may even require a battle test. Although Gaara is a Kage, you don't need permission to create his character as long as it's Gaara without the Bijuu. Kage's aren't restricted here unless they have powerful/extremely special abilities. An example would be Tobirama or Sarutobi biographies which don't require permission or a

. You have no elements or training yet, so yes, those would be the jutsu you get automatically. For the elements part, you use the elements you have learn't in this RP. So even though Sasuke can only use Fire and Lightning in the manga, if trained in Water, Wind and Earth on NB, the bio can use those elements as well. If you're just starting and you haven't learn't any elements yet, add the first element you want to learnt and place "- requires training" beside it.
