Nah, you can't battle with a non approved bio. Unless its unofficial. And if your bio was to die in the first place that battle would have to be official.

No, bios have three lives, should it die those 3 times officially, you can't use it for a week. If your bio is in an official battle, and gets killed, you can't use it in any official battles for that day
