Are you allowed to make custom sand bios

Nope, but a member called 'Kagawiri' had one. I think she did something for NB or was good with sand so they made an exception. Sorry man. Only sand bio is 3rd, 4th and 5th kazekage, The third kazekages, Gaara's dad, and Gaara, respectively.

Yeah but sasori, kankuro and temari have used sand in the anime/manga :/

Sasori doesn't use it himself, he uses it through a puppet. Aka 3rd Kazekage.

Kankuro coated crow in sand alot of times like a transformation jutsu
Temari used it in the anime for her dust wind technique

But yet they include filler technique's in the jutsu list, and sasori can use sand clone in our RP

I think it should be allowed since Gaara has shown th power to do it without Shukaku's influence.

I think it depends on your competency and your ability not to abuse it in the RP that can result in a Yes or No answer. However, last I read the rules there are no Custom Sand bios. If you feel you must break the mold and strive for one you must at least meet some requirements which come attached with restrictions per our current RP system.

Lol wut? I use nothing but sand in my battles and sometimes wind. I try to be just like gaara and stick to gaara's abilities. So should i have it tooken away?

Only gaara can use sand techs. Kawagiri was given an exception for at the time being the kazekage and one of the first master users of sand and sand specialist. It was an exception done long ago.
