If I were to create a hyuga clan member, what skills would be restricted?

Could I train and learn an element and genjutsu? ? And regular ninjutsu??

and you can always learn ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with a custom bio. if lee then no

yes you can, but for now, because you are a genin, you can only learn D-rank.

With a Hyuga you'd be able to get Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Taijutsu + Basic 5 elements (Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning and Earth) + Jyuuken which is the Hyuga techniques basically.

The only things which are restricted are things which are overpowered or things which are only specific to other characters. For example Mokuton is specific to Hashirama and Yamato and so you woulnd't be able to learn it.

And also just because they're not rescricted doesn't mean you get them automatically, you have to ask a sensei or a senpai.

Well, even though you answered his question, you should have informed him that to make a Hyuga he need 1500 posts since he doesn't know better. :|

And anyways this isn't some sort of competition I merely wrote that so we can avoid the thread being spammed with useless stuff but you went and decided to post what you posted. =1
