Was just curious to know... Is there a system on NB that dictates if 2 combined techniques "rank up"...?

What I mean by this is... Let's say I use 2 D-Rank techniques... Would that give the technique the power of a C-Rank technique?

Same with C -> B etc. etc.

eg. Wind D rank + Fire D rank= Wind and Fire C rank

S+A= Strong S-rank jutsu
A+A=S-rank jutsu
A+B=S-rank jutsu
B+B=A-rank jutsu
B+C=A-rank jutsu
C+C=B-rank jutsu
C+D=B-rank jutsu
D+D=C-rank jutsu
