nope u cant..cannon bios can only learn what is shown in manga...

No to have an elemntal KG you need to have the canon bio character for it Example if you want Lava release make either a Mei,Dodai,Kuro or the other guy forgot name.

now that is wrong, Jugo didn't show any elements, but RPer with Jugo bio can learn all 5 Basic Elements
