Ok. I was real curious. You have to get permission from nexus to have a curse mark. correct?

So what if somebody with an Orochimaru bio was fighting you. Offically. During a Village War......... and they mastered all orochimaru jutsus. And His bio bit you with that jutsu (Curse mark).... Does that mean he HAS to get a curse mark? or....

Yeah, thats what the rule says

Only Orochimaru and Nexus from Medical School are capable of giving cursed seals
