.I would like to suggest that in regards to the role play tournaments such as village tournaments or sage mode tournaments or any official role play tournament that one of the prizes which should be added should that one should be able to create a custom biography which would contain the kekkei-genkai they want provided the meet the requirements. Here is an example or crystal users or lava users must use guren, dodai or mei, but I would like the opportunity for one to earn the right to have a custom bio be given, we all know that it is not allowed but because it is one in the tournament it makes it legit. This would allow people to strive to win their tournament and encourage healthy competition between fellow members.

2. Battle test: When one creates a biography which requires testing to be able to use, he posts his biography link on the biography test thread, and have to wait for an extended period of time before the battle is conducted. This is where the problem comes in, I have heard of situation where people have to wait for months to get their biographies tested, and giving the fail they have to wait for one month to retake the test which would require another new biography being posted in the testing thread, which would be give or take two months or more. Now here is my suggestion that an original list be created and stickered in the biography section, similar to how the naruto base official sensei thread is stickered in the naruto training grounds.
This list would be made up of official battle tester skilled in testing the requested biographies, which would range from 3-4, this can comply of senior sensei, ex role play veterans of even the staff the list would go like this.

This would be a summary of how it would look like ,this case creates at least more than 2 biography tester for one biography, so when the opponent has posted their thread their he can simply pm them to conduct the test . A person can conduct more than one test and even moderators too; this would ease the pressure on them and make things run smoother. However, the people chosen would be picked by the role play moderators and must be deemed capable of conducting the test before doing so ,so as to avoid inexperience.

The idea of the competition allowing people to use certain KG on custom bios is a double-edged sword. While it seems like a good idea, it would leech the originality of certain bios. Not to mention, what stops people getting a KG from a tourney, joining any clan e.g. Hozuki and reaping all the other benefits of a custom bio. It would only serve to increase the already massive gap of battle advantage that is already present. The stronger would become stronger and the newer (weaker) members would only become weaker in comparison.

1. This has been suggested quite a few times to the same demise every time. It would be a bit more interesting to see these things but for certain elements, it's not as easy to implement. Like with lava users, you have to make sure they don't interfere with Bishamonsama's CE lava and making the bio accessible to custom characters will increase the want for a lava bio, in turn increasing the likelihood of the different forms clashing with one another.

2. I actually think this is already created, possibly in the Sensei section or the Mod sections. We just don't have access to view these things.

What i am simply suggesting is that each role play member should have the right to earn a custom bio in an rp tournament with a kg of his choice provided he meets the requirements , rules and restriction would be set, its still the same thing just in the case i can be rping as thunderbolt a custom crystal user not guren a general canon crystal user, which would still be bound by the same rules eg only have one kg as it would be if one was to use the canon character.

With that first part, I think I understood where you were going at first, but then you lost me with your wording and overall word choice. O_O

As for the second part, those two ideas cannot and probably wont ever be mixed or implemented. Though it is annoying to wait months to have your test conducted and then have to wait a month if you fail. We seemply do not look at your test and just go willy nilly and conduct it. In the sensei section, we do have rules and regulations regarding conducting tests and the conductors, otherwise you would have people conducting tests for friends only such and so forth, you can use your imagination.

For the most part we are assigned tests. We can ask for tests and then we have to be approved by an RP mod to conduct them. So to be honest with you, it's not that we sensei take all day to conduct your test, but we never get the approval or "go ahead" to conduct your tests in an orderly fashion, which has been pissing me off too. Good ideas nonetheless,but there are things going on behind the scenes that you cannot see.
