RP idea

I thought of this idea to help the RP section run a bit more smoothly.

Some jutsus are required to be taught by them by a certain clan member e.g hyuuga techs however not many people are willing to teach or havent learned it themselves again this is evident for the hyuuga techs. if we were to have certain members able to teach those jutsus rather than relying on finding out whos bio is what.

I know that you have the senseis able to teach KG but there are none with some bios while other members are looking for teachers that dont exist. thats why i think we should have certain members being able to teach technique for the RP bios.

What do you think?

No, simply because the Traininig System is flawless, adding something like that will start argues again between members, that will go to stuff like "Why is he/she able to teach those techs, while I know them too?Why can't I be too?" etc.

actually i think i am the most expirienced shadow user in NB after *Black* but hes not that active anymore =\

but yeah maybe as sempai the people can teach those clan jutsus
