If I wanted to ask to join the Hidden Leaf Village, who should I ask? Izuna says on his bio that he is not the hokage anymore.

Ok, thank you for the help. I knew where to go but I was under the wrong impression that I actually had to ask the leader of the village.

From what I've read, the newly elected leader is Typhon, however there are probably some finalizing on the matter, just send your request through UserCP. There will be further update soon enough.

Nexus needs to add the new kage to the CP to enable him the power of approval and removal of members from the group. Its just a matter of time.
