I'ma try to keep this short and.to the point. I have a suggestion for the RP, an event in the Ninja World.
What is this event?
In this event, it's basically gonna be a bunch of people in a hostile environment within the Ninja World. Anyone can take part, it's completely voluntary. The person will pick ONE biography that they will use in this event.
Once people have signed up, they will be put into groups of three. Each group will then have an overseer. This overseer will also be a volunteer. The overseer will be responsible for what challenges and dangers his group faces, and he will determine whether or not their actions allow them to survive. If the overseer deems that the person does not survive, their bio dies and they are eliminated from the event. The overseer will have complete control of what his group faces, from weather to terrain details within the Hostile Environment, which basically be a series of islands connected by bridges. The overseer should ideally, be an experienced member.
What is the purpose of this event?
The first and foremost purpose of this is fun. The second purpose, which was originally my main purpose, is the honing of skills. Lots of times, I see in Bios that the bio is smart, cunning, brave, etc., etc. Now, I thought to myself, why not have an event where one can earn these attributes? That way, there's even an more RP feel to it rather than just saying it.
Now, this event doesn't make it obligatory that a member earn these attributes. Even if they don't take part, members can still put these things if they want. This event is just to add more roleplay to the RP and to add some fun.
In this event, members don't learn new jutsu or techniques, but rather, as stated before, this is to hone skills, helping members improve on skills and become more experienced.
Speaking of honing skills, this has brought me to another thing. In the event, bios can only use three elements of the basic five, and up to A-rank of other skills, such as Kekkei Genkai, Custom Elements, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu, etc. This way, a member can truly earn their specialties, rather than just say it's their specialties. They can also gain speed, physical strength, etc.
But members are busy!
Which is why this is completely voluntary. This event doesn't need to happen right now, but when members are free to participate.

Note: This is just a rough draft so to speak. If actually accepted into the RP as a real event, those in charge can feel free to edit it as they see fit.
