I don't usually do this so bare with me, in case this is in the wrong section. o^o
Anyhow, i'd been meaning to ask the RP staff, mainly the ones in charge of the CJ section: why perfectly valid techniques are declined on the basis that they are " a waste of cj slots" or "nothing special"?
I've come to realize this happens a lot, while normally the cj in question is perfectly fine in terms of dynamics, it ends up DNR simply because the checker believes it to be near useless. And I ask, why does it matter to you? Is it not our slots that will be 'wasted' ? It's not like we keep a record file of every CJ ever approved, thus making more work load for you.
Everyone has a diferent style, as such, while CJ may seem uneeded to others/checkers, the creator might find it suitable for his/her taste.
So long as they follow submission rules and are approvable, then why impede us from having fun with our Jutsu, simply because you think them unnecessary?
And before you ask "You got your cj declined because of this, right?" Yes, yes I did. I also asked the checker if the jutsu was approvable, he said it was, but he didn't think it was special. And although it may sound selfish, believe me when I say many of my fellow Roleplayers have been through the same thing, and i'm not making this thread out of personal gain. Because I don't get anything good from this, aside from heat from a few.
This is no way is aimed at any particular staff member or rule. I thought it'd be best to make a thread in the Q&A thread to get a answer without an infraction in the other hand. Which is what would probably happen if I asked in person, the red rule...or some color.
Cheers~
