[RP] Byakugan bio vs sharingan bio

what bio would you say gives you the best advantages on the battle field?

If i'm not mistaken I believe you start out with byakugan if the bio gets approved and don't have to train for it and you get 360 degree vision with the ability to sense chakra.

but with sharingan, yes it's more powerful in the long run but you have to train for your first tomoe and even then you have to find a sensei that's able to train you in it.

so what do you think is better?

I'll go with byakugan because it can see through jutsu that would blind u like Hidden mist jutsu.U have to have MS for that.

It depends on your fighting style. Bykugan also comes with the gentle first which is taijutsu based and quite effective. 360 degree vision can be very helpful too. But i personally would go with the sharingan, due to the help of seeing the opponents moves before they finish them, seeing through genjutsu completely when you get 3 tomoe, the sharingan genjutsu techniques and that you can also see chakra with it.

Not really.
I prefer Hyuga more, thus I have a bio.

You don't have to use taijutsu, it's just what they are best at to be honest. As seen by neji and such. But you could just use the rotation and byakugan and just rp from mid range....

But there is a shortage of people who can teach sharingan and byakugan at the moment so either way you will have to wait

And, because Byakugan is 360, if you do a genjutsu anywhere in there, you are trapped. THink about that aspect also

damn i was afraid of that, i guess ill see about changing things around more during summer, hopefully by then there will be a few more openings for byakugan or sharingan training.

I've had both. I've had quite some fun with this new Uchiha bio of mine, I even got the MS, I'm just training for it. But nothing beats a Hyuuga bio.

Also, it's quite bad to have to train so much for the sharingan, it is easier with the byakugan.

It was kinda possible, but now all implants are restricted.

well for me it's the sharingan , ofcourse it purly depends on your fighting style , the sharingan gives an advantage of speeding up your time frame cause you are able to see through your opponents techniques before they finish them thus giving you more time to react and a faster rate of performing your own jutsus , plus in the long run you could acquire the mangekyou which gives you incredible power boost if used correctly , although the byakugan gives you a 360 view , it's techniques are more of a taijutsu than a ninjutsu and almost all of them are short ranged , so if you fought a long ranged fighter with your byakugan techniques only your totally screwed. but i don't think that the sharingan is given it's real power here , the copying thing really is bothering when you can't copy a technique unless you learn it , i think that it's an important advantage that the sharingan should have , i mean when you know or learned up to B-rank in one respective element , you can copy other techniques of that element.
