Right, I'm really confused as to what/when bio's need to be tested... so yeah, when does a bio require the test and when does it not?
The rules haven't helped me in the slightest so please don't link me to them xD

Right so, to make this easier for you's, I made a Sakura bio and an Ino bio, I didn't think these needed testing... do they?

Nope, no test required for those. Bio tests are for the more powerful characters (eg.Nagato, Minato, 4th Raikage) and unique abilities (eg.Mangekyo Sharingan, Rain Release, Sage Mode etc.)

No they do not. Off of my head, these are characters that require tests:

2. 3rd Raikage
3. Nagato/Pein
4. Kisame
5. Minato
6. Jinchuriki
7. Mei Terumi
8. Danzo
9. Muu
10. Oonoki
