totally overlooked that *facepalm* I did want to see how RP'ers feel about it personally, but i do appreciate your advise =]

What everyone else says, really. Your RP experience is going to be based off of two things: Patience and People. Like Haku said, almost every part of this RP involves waiting for approval and relying on other people to get things done. From your first bio to your first training session, even in the RPG World, it's a long process of waiting.
