Vegito arrives on the battle field his blue hair flowing in the wind his earrings bustling to the currents. Vegitos curse mark clearly visible as the M on his forehead was not blocked by his orehead protecter. Vegito smirked when he saw his opponent vegito heard rumors that he had become Hokage but couldn't truly believe it until the.moment he saw him in person.
It's been awhile, I trust you know this fight will not end like last time.
Vegitos chakra sensing was passively active and the frost ring he normally wears on his right hand ring finger was hidden beneath his glove. (Can't post them right now on phone but you know the jutsu I'm talking about) Vegito did some stretches d then put his hand out waving it towards himself to taunt his enemy to begin.

Zetsu quickly places his right hand on the ground to change the constituents of the grass, to turn them into White Lilies, that grow and release a huge amount of spores into the air. These lilies are created throughout the battlefield, starting from the location 3 meters in front of Zetsu, to 20 meters behind Vegito. The spores released by the lilies would make Vegito go to sleep, as Zetsu takes advantage of that fact to make his next attack. While Zetsu's right hand touches the ground, at the same time, his left hand would release a kunai (attacked with 3 paper bombs) towards Vegito's heart.

These lilies are created throughout the battlefield, starting from the location 3 meters in front of Zetsu, to 20 meters behind Vegito. The spores released by the lilies would make Vegito go to sleep, as Zetsu takes advantage of that fact to make his next attack. While Zetsu's right hand touches the ground, at the same time, his left hand would release a kunai (attacked with 3 paper bombs) towards Vegito's heart.

You must be forgetting how I won the chunin exams against death though. Thats why I now have this mark.
Vegito pointed to his forehead laughing but didn't have to much to brag as soon his chakra sensing picked up on a large amount of chakra growing from the ground, Vegito placed his arms out at his sides gathering Raion chakra behind his back forming a halo of lighting that whisked Vegito into the air at a fast speed as he was flying inot the air he waved his arms foreward causing the halo to open up in front of him and begin releasing dozens of lighting spikes that surrounded Zetsu in a circular formation altough they would explode on their own the flowers would make it so they'd explode even faster in a circular formation altough it would cause a chain reaction in the rest of the flowers blowing up zetsu below while Vegito was safe in mid air.

The user will then push his hands forward infront of him making the halo expand infront of him as it fires hundreds of spikes towards the ground purposefully missing the enemy so that the spikes land in a circular formation around the target leaving the enemy trapped inside the circle of lighting. The lighting will explode in a 360 shock wave hitting everything on the ground, once the lighting explosion has gone off the user will fall back towards the ground.
Note: Can only be used twice
Note: the user can chose to stay on the ground and let the Halo rain the lighting down upon both him and the enemy

as the lighting spikes raced towards the ground to cause this 360 degree explosion Vegito decided he'd up the attacks making sure Zetsu couldn't go underground to escape and made three handseals gathering Katon chakra underground that would explode into a large 15 meter tree of fire that burned everything below, the tree would also set off the flowers but Vegito was aware the flowers would explode from either jutsu in the first place. the lighting would land around the tree and still go off casuing a fire/lighting combo.

Vegito began laughing at his own joke further to taunt Zetsu, Vegito could tell the plant man was still holding back, however Vegito had no intention of taking it easy in this battle.
You won? Ahahahaha. Is that how you say "You got lucky"? Black Zetsu mocked the Saiyan in his reply. Zetsu remembered having recorded the entire match in secret. He knew how Death dominated the entire match. But then again, it was because he had Dust accompanying him. However, Zetsu didn't have that advantage. As soon as Vegito flew upwards, water materialized all over him, completely soaking him and stopping his movements upwards. He was covered with water in all directions except downwards. The walls of the water covered area being very thick, would make it impossible for Vegito to simply break through it by force. If Vegito were to extend his arm and release lightning chakra from it, he would get electrocuted and it would be over before he knew it. The spores of the White Lilies would reach up to him and make him fall in sleep, and thereby making him fall back on the ground. Zetsu at the same time the water materializes, walks back a few steps to maintain certain distance from the White Lilies in case if it exploded.
Once Vegito was hit by the spores, Zetsu would cause giant roots to erupt from the ground and intertwine around Vegito and pin him down to the ground, and thereby preparing the food and getting it ready for Zetsu's meal.

As Vegito flew upward he could begin to sense chakra materializing around him and before he knew it thick walls of water had formed around him. Vegito instantly made a single hand seal freezing the water around him and then merged into the ice Jumping out of top at fast speeds leaving the lighting Halo behind as the ice construct fell to the ground with the halo inside.

As he flies up into the air Vegito pushes his arms forward still causing the Halo to open up and rain lighting spikes upon the battle field blowing up the flowers.OCC: it doesn't need me to be directly infront of it as in the jutsu description has it so I can even stay on the ground and let it rain lighting on both of us, if I wanted.
Now even higher in the air Vegito gathers moisture in the air into himself and begins gathering more and more chakra. Soon he was surrounded in a blue aura.

In this form all Ice techs released from the user are 1 rank stronger and when he touches something, it causes a minor case of frost bite, making taijutsu more effective. The user can not be harmed by fire of B rank or below as the ice around him would keep him cold and not injured.

Zetsu had his sensing ability activated all this while to know what was going on. By slamming his hands on the ground, he would raise a huge chunk of earth up towards Vegito. The piece of earth starts from 1 meter in front of Zetsu to 16 meters in front of him, making it a 15x15x15 meters piece of earth. The piece of earth would carry majority of the white lilies as they move upwards, only to make them explode as soon as the lightning spikes fall on them. Vegito would anyways fall down towards the ground and hopefully be caught in the explosion that is moving towards him. Zetsu would then plant 4 spores on Vegito's body, without his knowledge.
I doubt that even with your full strength, you'd be able to put a scratch on my cloak.

These spores re triggered upon the users will or after a set amount of time and grow into a white mass of a variable number of clones of White Zetsu, that engulf the target, restricting their movement and absorbing their chakra as they grow. This chakra can then be transferred to someone else, provided the white clones of Zetsu were able to make contact with the person whose chakra is to be replenished. Through this technique, the user is able to create up to 4 clones. The clones can then be used for the clone body substitution technique or for simply combat.
Note: While the targets chakra is being absorbed, he is limited to A-Ranks and below.
