Looks: Rogue is a slim young man of average height with rather messy black hair, which almost reaches down to his shoulders, along with some strands pointing upwards on top of his head and a prominent tuft obscuring most of his forehead. He has red eyes with slit pupils similar to that of a snake's, and a thin scar across the bridge of his nose acquired by a shinobi of Konohagakure during a supplies heist during his times of being a bandit.
Rogue often wears a long, black cape reaching down to his feet, with golden edges, a much lighter collar circling his neck, and a prominent, white ribbon hanging down on his chest. Below it, Rogue seems to wear a plain gray shirt with prominent brown cuffs and what looks like a large metal band circling each of his biceps. From a light sash circling his waist hangs a distinctive, pale blue cloth waistguard, consisting of four long pieces of cloth reaching down below his knees. Each of these pieces is adorned by a large, dark cross with fan-shaped arms. Below such waistguard, Rogue wears a pair of armored boots, which, on the front, bear plates bearing the very same motif which appears on the waistguard.
Personality: Falling victim to a massive blunt trauma that left his memory's in piece's, Rogue's personality is far from stable and he tends to let his immediate emotion dictate his course of actions. Awaking to solitude after his incident, he has no friendly ties to cherish making him a very lonely, cold guy, and thus operates better when isolated. Being the product of many tribulations Rouge's demeanor is often seen as serious, his movements unsympathetic, but in reality he just tends to really zone in on the tasks at hand.

Background Info
History ~ Awaking to the damp moss on the grounds of some dense woodlands, Rogue found himself confused, weakened, and most of all alone as the he came to the realization that he had lost all of his memories. Without knowing who he was or even where he was from the young adolescent struggled with finding a starting lead until he learned of his location; Konohagakure's Rāgarāja Woods, and thus started his journey wandering within the land of fire where certain locations seemed to refresh piece's of his memories. In time this boy learned of his first name, Sunagakure: his place of birth, and his abilities to mold and manipulate chakra, yet everything else about his past was still sketchy. Now an aspiring bounty hunter Rogue is on the road to facing the world before him as he strives to reclaim his memories.

Although Rouge has forgotten many memories about his past, the use of his natural abilities were valuables that could not stay shrouded for long. Through his many journeys, trials, and tribulations the young shinobi gained the knowledge of his truest gift, the art of Magnetism, and had been on the path to building his ability ever since.

Upon awakening in a dense woodlands with his memories scrambled Rouge knew nothing about anything, even himself, but found a gold heart shaped keychain locket in his pocket. Opening it up he saw a picture of a woman which sent a reminiscent feeling of love and comfort through his body as the thought of "Mom" swiftly faded in and then out of his mind. On the other side of the locket was the clan insignia of the Nara. Two images that had great meaning to Rouge's life unbeknown to him, but nonetheless, the locket was a regarded treasure to the rouge.
Later investigation lead to the knowledge of Rouge's mother, a Konohagakure Nara clan member who had recently passed away but was well favored, and thus lead to the blessings of learning the hidden abilities of his clansmen.
