Looks: Rogue is a slim young man of average height with rather messy black hair, which almost reaches down to his shoulders, along with some strands pointing upwards on top of his head and a prominent tuft obscuring most of his forehead. He has light brown eyes with slit pupils similar to that of a snake's, and a thin scar across the bridge of his nose acquired by a shinobi of Konohagakure during a supplies heist during the times of his bandit days.
Rogue wears a long, black cape reaching down to his feet, with golden edges, a much lighter collar circling his neck, and a prominent, white ribbon hanging down on his chest. Below it, Rogue seems to wear a plain gray shirt with prominent brown cuffs and what looks like a large metal band circling each of his biceps. From a light sash circling his waist hangs a distinctive, pale blue cloth waistguard, consisting of four long pieces of cloth reaching down below his knees. Each of these pieces is adorned by a large, dark cross with fan-shaped arms. Below such waistguard, Rogue wears a pair of armored boots, which, on the front, bear plates bearing the very same motif which appears on the waistguard.
Personality: Falling victim to a massive blunt trauma that left his memory's in piece's, Rogue's personality is far from stable, and he tends to let his emotions dictate his course of actions. Although Rogue is a young adult he tends to easily give in to his childish ways when determined to take on a specific course of action and is met with opposition, whether it be verbally or physically, and will act out against those who oppose. Awaking to solitude after his incident, Rogue has no friendly ties to cherish making him a very lonely as well as cold guy, and thus, opperates better when isolated, but from time to time sparks of passion can be seen flickering from his person's when the situation calls for.

Background Info
History ~ Awaking within a deep, sandy dune in the middle of no where, Rogue found himself confused, weakened, and most of all alone as he came to the realization that he had lost all of his memories. Without knowing who he was, or even where he was from, the young adolescent struggled with finding a starting lead as he wandered for hours until he stumbled upon the location that would become his new home; the desert dwelling communities of Tuareg!

Although Rouge has forgotten many memories about his past, the use of his natural abilities were valuable assests that could not stay shrouded for too long. Through his many journeys, trials, and tribulations the young shinobi gained the knowledge of his truest gift, the art of Magnetism on iron sand! Through long practice and intense efforts Rouge hopes to conquer his ability and one day make it a specialty.

Upon awakening in the desert with his memories scrambled Rouge knew nothing about anything, even himself, but found a gold heart shaped keychain locket in his pocket. Opening it up he saw a picture of a woman framed in one half which sent a reminiscent feeling of love and comfort through his body as the thought of "Mom" swiftly faded in and then out of his mind. On the other side of the locket was a mirror that held his reflection revealing the blood stained pupils of his eyes during that moment, and he kept the locket as a treasured piece ever since.
Completion of intense situations and battles has helped Rouge gain mastery of his bloodline jewel, the sharingan, which he has awakened to the level of three tomoe.
