First scenario: Realistically who takes this base on power + strengthSecond scenario: Since one can create sound barriers and the latter normal barriers, does this affect their battles in any way?It would've been a good fight nevertheless haha. We havent really seen much from Roshiante though .....but im gonna go with Bartholomeo . Roshiante for a marine captain got beaten up pretty bad and killed . Too weak. Tsk tsk. The marines have no place for weaklings like him. HMPH!

Nah Barto takes this quite easily. Rosinante wasn't that strong. He just worked as a double agent and tried to stop his brother from wrecking sht. v_v

About the barrier part, I don't know lol. I think that Barto's fruit is more about the barriers themselves, whereas Rosinante's fruit specializes in sound effects of special barriers made for that reason and only. Oh and that sound barrier thingy was just a technique of the Nagi-Nagi no Mi. It's not like his fruit was the Sound Barrier fruit It's just the silence/calm fruit so yeah..I think that's the answer.
