Even if it was there's no real reason to believe someone like Danzo would be affected by Izanami, plus Itachi has to know that Danzo is using Izanagi. But really, when Danzo 'dies' he only needs to rewrite history so that he's right behind Itachi, where he can slit his throat.

Clones cannot get absorbed unless proven.

The characters have to know the spores are tracable to even attempt to avoid them (which none of them do know).

Ok? Doesn't mean its visible to see before it touches the skin. Only reason Sasuke was able to see C4 was because they were bunched up together, which made it look like a cloud of chakra in his eyes. Same can't be said if its like 6 or 7 tiny specks.

Re writing is how Izanagi works. Nothing else here is different. Danzo is incomplete because his time limit for each eye is very weak. It can only hold 1 minute of invincibility. Obito can do 10 minutes in 1 eye.

Madara didn't use ten minutes for his Inzanagi, and we don't know how long Obito can hold his for.

Danzo's form of inzanagi is the one explained by Itachi, what Madara did was completely different.
