[Bad Touch Yakushi]

This thread is not to insult Kishimoto's writing- I personally think he's created a great, interesting manga that's had me following for a long time, but Kishimoto has done some very controversial twists as well, surely he's done something that you disagree with or think should've happened differently.

Like personally, I don't like the introduction of the Taka movement, if it had to exist at all- it definitely should've existed and developed for a little longer and it should simply be a peace-making organisation like Yahiko's Akatsuki or a terrorist group like Pain's Akatsuki, either would've been nice. Instead, the remaining Taka members are scattered and don't really have anything more to add to the story at this point.

I would've allowed both Deidara & Kakuzu to survive their battles, I think they both died for no reason. Instead of the final living akatsuki members being Zetsu & freaking Kisame for gods sake. ¬,¬ Once Madara had revealed his identity he would use his surviving members (say... Sasori, Deidara & Kakuzu for example.) as pawns, and eventually the 3 of them to team up and plan to betray Madara and ultimately failing.

Characters like Rock Lee, Neji & Shikamaru who used to be essential to the plot would still be main characters and used to their full potential.

(of course these are just my preferences, but when you're the author of a best-selling manga series, you obviously cannot please everyone. I just want to know what differences you would've made to the Naruto storyline if you could.)

How do you think Kishimoto could improve his own series, personally?
