I like this technique, its a technique which is reminiscent of Susano'o, it requires one to be in the unfettered minds state in order to use and forms an ethereal warrior around the user, the technique is similar to dangerous strike in its usage, meaning that techniques will pass through the physical body of the adversary and strike the soul or spiritual energy of a technique, this technique lasts for the entire duration unfettered minds is active.

This technique is strong, the damage of the technique costs a move to use however and it also limits you to ronin techniques and regular kenjutsu.

What are the benefits and drawbacks of the technique?

The benefits of this technique is that is is capable of striking the opponents soul instead of physically, making it rather tricky, the ethereal guardian around the user whiles smaller than Susano'o is still a good defence to have and whiles it does cost a move the damage it is capable of is immense.

The downsides of this is that in order to use this technique you must already be using the unfettered minds technique, this technique also locks you into using Ronin Kenjutsu and basic Kenjutsu which is used through the ethereal guardian.

This technique also takes quite the heavy chakra toll on the user taking 60 chakra to activate and then a further 20 chakra each turn, if used immediately for the whole 6 turns then that is an additional 120 chakra consumed.

The technique also lasts for as long as unfettered minds duration has left, this can be both an advantage or disadvantage depending on when you activate the technique, being able to last the full duration of unfettered minds which is 6 turns is a very strong ability, whiles it is also a disadvantage if you were to use the technique late into the unfettered mind technique.

Description: A restricted skill among the Ronin, Kuebiko invokes the skill of Spirit Mimicry in battle, allowing the user to link their spiritual energy with that of the targets. Initiated alongside another Ronin Kenjutsu technique, this technique creates a 5 meter wave of chakra that accompanies a technique, neither debuffing nor augmenting its power. Instead, this wave of chakra is intended to contact an enemy source of chakra to establish a spiritual link. Once done, this causes a mixing of spiritual energy that allows the user to access it, drawing from the enemy. This allows the user the ability to utilize Ronin Kenjutsu and Techniques with half of the chakra being fueled by the opponent's chakra and not solely his own. This mixture of both allows it to bypass opponent defenses, dealing direct damage to their spirit despite durability levels. Because of the associated cost, the user loses 20 chakra and 10 health each turn this is active, being able to end this voluntarily. This chakra and health loss cannot be mitigated, applying after healing abilities at the end of each turn.
Note: Can only be used by Rōnin biographies and only once per battle.

Last but not least

A tricky technique at first glance, it allows the users to create a connection with the enemies spiritual energy, used alongside another technique or alone, this allows the user to use ronin techniques at half chakra by connecting their spiritual energies and drawing from the opponent, the mixture of the opponents energy acts as a method to bypass the opponents durability, being able to deal direct damage.

This techniques benefits are few in comparison to its cost, and whiles having half the chakra cost seem good, the drawbacks of the technique offsets it a bit, the -20 chakra and 10 damage per turn doesn't make this worth using, the main benefit of this technique would be to bypass durability that the opponent might have against spiritual damage making this quite the niche technique, not one I would use often in my opinion, perhaps I am missing the true application of this technique,
