Romulas is an extremely tall man, standing at nearly 6 ft 9. Romulas is also a well built man, not overly muscular, but he is very fit with a well defined Physique. Romulas has dark purple hair, which is spiked at the front, with a long back which reaches down past his hips. Romulas also wears two outfits, depending on what he is doing. His casual attire, is along blue robe, which is tied around the center with a red sash. The robe has gold accents around the sleeves and neck, as well as the bottom, however the robe is sleeveless. Romulas has two black cloth wrist wraps, also accented with gold, and a golden braclet. Romulas wears white wraps, with standard sandals. However, when going into Battle, Romulas dons his golden Armor. The armor is intricately designed, covering most of his body, and has various design based etchings and plates for ornamentation. However, the bigger part of the armor are the two massive Wing like attachments on the back, which are almost as large as Romulas himself, and are attached to his shoulder blades. These are made of a special alloy, which makes them no heavier than a standard Katana, and can be dropped at a moments notice.

Throughout his Travels, Romulas signed onto the Deer contract. During this, Romulas Bonded Heavily with one of the deers, Keldeo. Keldeo seemed to have the same allignment as Romulas, being a Deer of Justice, and as such, through their Bond, Romulas was able to have Keldeo with him at all times, battling together

Description:
The user will bite their thumb to draw blood. Once the blood has been drawn they will rub it across their summoning tattoo, then slam their hands on the ground to summon keldeo. Keldeo has a cream- colored body and stands half as tall as a normal human (1 meter). It has a short, rounded snout with large nostrils, and blue eyes. It has a large, feathery red mane, long, dark blue, ridged eyebrow-like protrusions, and a single cream-colored horn that curves slightly. This is actually a mutation, instead of growing antlers on the top of his head keldeo grew a single antler on his forehead, gaining him the nickname unicorn. The back of its head, as well as its neck, is covered with fluffy,light blue fur. Keldeo has blue split hooves. Its tail is light blue with white spots and resembles an elaborate feather in a cap. Keldeo has two forms. In his original form keldeo can channel chakra to his horn and create a blue blade of chakra that is as long as his body, this technique is known as sacred sword. Keldeo's second form is his special ability, by using his chakra he is able to change form. After being on the field for at least one turn Keldeo is able to change into his absolute form. Keldeos features change as well, the dark blue protrusions become shorter and lighter in color, resembling ears. Its horn becomes dark blue, and grows larger and ridged. On the side of its head are three feathers colored aqua blue, green and orange. His horn also becomes longer and gains black ridges. He also gains a special move, secret sword. By channeling even more chakra into his horn Keldeo is able to create a yellow colored blade of chakra that extends from his horn. The blade is twice as long as his body..

Holy Fire
Being a natural born of the Noldor, Romulas has access to Holy fire techniques, and being proficent in them, all his Holy Fire techniques are enhanced due to his mastery of them.
Silmarillion | The Light of the World | Holy Fire
How it happened: The Jewel, the Silmarillis that was found was infused into them. This was Amber from the tree of life much like Kaguya at the tree. This being infused into them gave them a blood line trait. This is Silmarillion. It took the intentions of the elves to be pure and good and conveyed that with the jewel itself to create their KG.
What it's made up of: Natural Energy | Purifying chakra from the tree of light | Fire element (heat) | Lightning element (brightness) / Emotions (Yin)
How it works: This is simply a mixture of natural energy, fire and lightning bend together through the Silmarillis to create a special type of fire which, through a big influence of the users emotions and spirit, gains what can only be described as "pure chracteristics" or "holy". The holy fire is very bright and warm, sometimes even almost blinding. A side effect is that this Holy Fire "purifies" which simply means that it burns what the user deems "evil" and leaves intact that which the user doesn't and when it burns something, it burns it to nothing. It has little kinetic value however and is not exactly like flames but more like pure energy and light. Its the presence of this element in the Silmarillis that allows the Noldor to be resistant to natural illnesses, toxins, poisons, venomous and other natural ailments.
Strong against:
Wind: Having the heat and similarities to normal fire allows it to be strong against all elements that use wind for their base using the wind almost as a fuel for the power of the light, much like the sun isn't effected by wind blowing.
Bijutsu & Jubi Chakra: Light has always been the way to counter darkness and evil within the world and so has always been strong against the dark. In essence this makes Holy Fire strong towards Bijutsu and Bijuu chakra (despite the influence of the Bijuu's personality and the Jinchuriki's personality, the Jubi's chakra is malignant in nature and thus weak to a pure element such as Holy Fire).
Earth: The holy fire breaks through solids with ease almost like a laser burning through. That with the infusion of lightning element makes it easy more destructive. This includes almost all solids based on earth release.
Weak to:
Water: When holy fire (silmarilis) shines through water it's flow is disrupted and through large volumes of water the fire can't penetrate. In reference to the purifying light the flow would be broken down and dispersed into the flow of the water, as the heat of the fire is layed waste to.
Elements that are Strong towards Energy: Holy Fire is a pure energy and thus weak to all elements that are described as "strong towards energy".
Neutral to:
Fire and Lightning: The power of the two energies would simply collide and unless they hold a darker property they would fight on equal terms.

Rope arts and Death Wind
Through his travels, Romulas learnt many different forms of fighting, and has encorperated them. Wrapped around his body, are thick chains, attached to atwin double bladed sickles which sit in holsters on the sides of his armor. Wrapped under his armor,are several meters worth of normal ropes as well, allowing Romulas to perform jutsu from almost any location on his body.
