Romantic comedy anime recommendations?

I have scoured the internet trying to find another show to watch, but I couldn't find anything that interested me. I'm looking for a slice of life anime that has romance and comedy.

What I loved:

The Pet Girl of Sakurasou

Toradora

What I liked:

My Teen Romantic Comedy Snafu

Angel Beats

What doesn't interest me:

School Rumble (From the POV of a girl)

Ouran Highschool Host Club (From the POV of a girl)

Clannad (Animation makes me want to gouge my eyes out)

Kimi no todoke (Girl POV, bad animation, annoying voices)


Harem and ecchi is ok as long as it isn't brainless. Please... nothing brainless.

To be honest neither look very interesting, they seem to be harem focused and aren't very well reviewed

How about..

Cowboy Bebop? It's a comedy mostly with a underlying plot of romance and loss between the main characters.

If that doesn't interest you, perhaps try Pretear.

Ah, yes, I'd recommend sekirei as well, both seasons. It being my favorite anime and all.
