I have a question regarding roleplaying.

►To have a KG known from the manga or the anime you need to create that specific character. For example, only Pein can have rin'negan.

I have a question about this rule. If i were to make an Uchiha, but not one from the anime/manga, just one i made up, would i be aloud to give him Sharingan? From reading this i understand i would have to be an Uchiha from the original story to have the Sharingan, is this true or not?

I think so, but you need to train on 1 tomoe, 2 tomoe, 3 tomow etc. and for MS you need to have 8k post(?).

And for Nagato bio, you need to take a test and have 8k post atleast

Nope. You can make a custom (not from the manga) Uchiha character.
BUT only after you have 1500 posts.

yes you can make a character with a sharingan if he is from uchiha
you can make custom characters with KG if the KG is for specific clan or group
thats why you can't make a custom character with reningan or something like that .
some KG have special rules like EMS or even MS so you have to check them out before you make your bio
