1) What comes with a Hidan bio by default.
2) Does a Sakura bio come with med training by default.
3) Does a Lee/Guy bio come with eight gates.
4) Mangekyo Sharingan there is a tournament to unlock it right.
5) Is it possible to get three summoning contracts but only use two.(I know I can only have one for now)
6) Can we make a custom to let us use two KG
7) How many custom elements can one have in one bio
8) Can we make a Tobi bio before him getting rinnegan (To make Tobi with sharingan not with rinnegn.)

1) What comes with a Hiram bio by default. - Do you mean Chojuro? And Hirameki is the only thing.
2) Does a Sakura bio come with med training by default. - No, she doesn't.
3) Does a Lee/Guy bio come with eight gates. - No.

6) Can we make a custom to let us use two KG - You used to be able to, but now you can't.

1) What comes with a Hidan bio by default. Hidan is immortal and he has his "Blood Possession" Technique. You can find it somewhere in the Ninjutsu section.
2) Does a Sakura bio come with med training by default. No, you must apply for Medical Ninjutsu training under Headmaster Nexus. This happens approximately once a year.
3) Does a Lee/Guy bio come with eight gates. No. For further requirements, see the Biography Rules section.
4) Mangekyo Sharingan there is a tournament to unlock it right. No, you must be an Official Sensei, you must have 5 Training sessions with a current Mangekyou Sharingan user, and you must have an Uchiha Biography.
5) Is it possible to get three summoning contracts but only use two.(I know I can only have one for now) No, only one.
6) Can we make a custom to let us use two KG I doubt it would ever be approved. :|
7) How many custom elements can one have in one bio You can have a MAXIMUM of four Custom Elements per biography. You can, however, be the creator of TWO Custom Elements and the co-creator of THREE custom elements.
8) Can we make a Tobi bio before him getting rinnegan (To make Tobi with sharingan not with rinnegn.) Currently, Tobi and Madara biographies are "on hold" as rules are made.

4) Mangekyo Sharingan there is a tournament to unlock it right. - or a battle test, but must be a sensei or something to get it.

5) Is it possible to get three summoning contracts but only use two.(I know I can only have one for now) -can only sign two contracts, first one you sign at jounin second at kage rank

6) Can we make a custom to let us use two KG - nope, only hiruko can use two kg.

7) How many custom elements can one have in one bio - 4

8) Can we make a Tobi bio before him getting rinnegan (To make Tobi with sharingan not with rinnegn.) - Not yet, he's on hold while mods make restrictions.

Hidan gets one Technique auto which is reverse punishment

2. No only people who have been selected to go to the Med School here on narutobase can use medical ninjutsu


3.No there is a Eight Gates tournment I believe

4.Yes but you have to already have a three tomoe sharingan to enter

5.no you get your first at jounin and the second at Kage ranked

6.if you mean a custom bio that posses. Two kg's then no you can not

7.you can own two custom elements of your own and co create 2 so you get a total of 4

8. No Tobi is on hold so you can not make his bio

Although the questions have been answered thanks Itachi and I searched but coudn't find much and didn't search much since recently my Internet is very slow.
